Powell Valley Care Center's special Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Unit is designed and operated for residents with special needs related to Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias. Our staff is fully trained in providing care for residents suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia. We have 16 beds, 24 hour nursing care, recreation and activities, private rooms, private patio, and much more.

Sublette Center Retirement Community

Sublette Center is located in Pinedale, Wyoming at the base of the beautiful Wind River Mountains. We offer 60 skilled nursing beds in our Legacy Wing providing nursing care, personal hygiene, laundry service, three meals daily with additional snacks and rehabilitation services as needed. We have physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies available as needed. Facilities are entirely on one floor and are designed for handicapped accessibility. We offer flexible recreational activity programs to enhance socialization including one-to-one interaction for individual needs. Sublette Center is dedicated to providing skilled and professional care to promote resident's dignity and quality of life in a warm, caring and friendly environment.
